This is the Star Wars vector graphics arcade game made by Atari and Lucasfilm. I managed to beat the Death Star and I eventually got mopped up by Darth Vader and some Tie Fighters.

haha my dad actually owns this game. like the big arcade version, its fun to compare scores but i never come close. his highest is 1,800,000 and some change he says
The amount of time and quarters spent on this game by me is incalculable! Good times though. Did you know?…. you could actually “use the Force” in the arcade version! Right from begining of trench simply don’t fire a single shot til the exhaust port. Bonus will be shown. “You’re all clear kid!”
Rogue Squadron III Rebel Strike has all three Atari games (including this one) as easter eggs. I think I’ve played them more than I’ve played the actual game. Well worth the price of a second hand Gamecube to have this much fun at home.
Great memories. I dread to think how many 10ps I ploughed into this game
I play this on my laptop and blast the audio whenever I play it in public- best game ever!!!
Quite simply, the finest arcadegame ever.
And that’s the end of *that* discussion.
It was so easy to destroy the death star once, tho the real daddies could do it 2 or more times

The first, last, only time I played this was at the Blue Trail Shooting Range in Wallingford, CT in 1991. Nostalgia.
I was great at this game 2 million+, Tempest (880,000) and Robotron 2084 (1.2 million) but I sucked ass at Defender… to this day I just can not get the hang of that game !!
awesome game! Many a quarters I spent playing this game.
dude, WHER DID you get this !!..I got to play this game again…..Is this an emulation for PC or did you film it somehow ?
You have no idea how excited I got just WATCHING this, hearing the music. I LOVED this game when I was a kid!
I remember playing that game just 8 years ago when I was in Walt Disney World Florida. It was fun back in the days and it was fun that last time I played also. Oh yeah, you’re not bad at that game either. Take 5 stars. Thank you for sharing.
I remember playing this awesome game when I was a kid. It was in an arcade in Camden Town. My big sister’s boyfriend was brilliant on it. Mind you, he was pretty shit hot at Defender too.
oh yes, I had many an hour on this game.
